Niriellawatte Chandraratne is the chairman/managing director of Taste of India and has a wide range of experiences from being a communications technician in the Midde-East to managing rubber and tea estates around Pelmadulla. His business ventures led him to achieve his lifelong dream of opening a unique restaurant in Nuwara Eliya with an authentic fusion of Indian, Chinese and Western cuisine
